Technical Lead - Engineering Team
As we continue to scale our platform, we need a seasoned leader to oversee multiple teams of engineers.
1. To excel in this role, you will set the technical direction of our platform while empowering engineers to grow and perform at their best.
This includes leading, coaching, and mentoring engineering teams to foster a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will also recruit, onboard, and develop engineering talent, supporting career development and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to define the technical roadmap and ensure long-term project visibility.
* Oversight of end-to-end project delivery, aligning technical decisions with architectural standards and business needs.
* Drive Agile practices and ensure teams deliver high-quality, scalable solutions incrementally and reliably.
* Contribute to high-level architectural decisions and participate in code reviews as needed.
* Monitor key engineering metrics, such as SLO compliance, deployment frequency, lead time, and MTTR.
* Identify technical risks and guide teams through challenges to successful delivery.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with company strategy and technology direction.
Requirements
* 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, modern software architecture, and engineering best practices.
* Technical proficiency in C# (.NET), JavaScript/TypeScript, and ideally ReactJS.
* Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and/or Azure.
* Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
* Familiarity with event-driven architecture and microservices.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
* A collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
