Our client is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Advisor for their Bendigo dealership. Our client believes that their people are their greatest resource, and this is an exciting opportunity to be a part of their successful team.
About the role
As the first point of contact between the dealership and the service customers, your main responsibilities will include:
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
* Book and coordinate all aspects of vehicle servicing and/or repairs
* Monitoring and managing workflows and customer communication
* Providing exceptional customer service
About you
You are personable, known for your customer service, naturally building rapport and engaging with different audiences through your communication skills. You enjoy a fast-paced environment whilst being organised and highly motivated.
