The Role
Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced clinician, we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Physiotherapist to join our team on a full-time basis, with locations in both Scoresby and Rowville.
In this role you will focus on making a difference to your clients' lives.
You will learn communication and health change skills to connect with your clients and will improve their lives with the skills you possess.
Responsibilities
Managing a diverse caseload that includes sports injuries, musculoskeletal injuries and work/occupational injuries.
Providing a holistic approach to client care via the identification of underlying causes of injury with a focus on optimal lifelong physical health.
Providing individualized assessments and treatments to diverse clientele.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care plans.
Engaging in continuous professional development through our mentoring programs.
Contributing to the growth and reputation of our clinic by delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Physiotherapists: Degree-qualified and AHPRA-registered (clinical experience highly regarded)
Caseload Management: Confidence in handling a busy and varied caseload.
Team Player: Someone who thrives in a team setting and wants to make a real impact.
Excellent Communicator: A great communicator who loves building rapport and trust with clients.
Commitment to growth: A passion for lifelong learning, both personal and professional.
