* Experience in high‐wall split system installation
* Self‐motivated
* Excellent communication skills

* A neat appearance and work style

* Ability to work well independently and manage your workday
* Ability to run small teams on‐site
* Is able to manage variation and changes
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role and hold the following:
* Current VIC Manual Driver Licence
* Registered plumbing licence
* OH&S Induction Training for the Construction Industry
* RAC01 or RSS03 (Refrigerant Handling Licence)
* Have or are willing to get a WWC (working with children) card
