About This Role
This role involves providing outstanding customer support via phone, email and in person.
You will be handling inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions is also an essential part of this role.
Collaboration with internal teams to resolve customer issues is also required.
Promoting our services and providing information to assist customer decision-making is another key responsibility of this role.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A previous customer service background is desirable but not essential.
