Change Experience Specialist
Senior Consultant or Manager level.
Location: Hybrid position based in Naarm – Melbourne or Warrang – Sydney. Potential flexibility for reduced hours.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients to assess their change needs and develop tailored change experience strategies and delivery plans.
* Design and facilitate experiences, workshops and communication plans to support change initiatives.
* Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies to ensure buy‐in and support for change.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and increased adoption.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and best practices in change management.
* Contribute to the development of proposals and tender responses.
* Support the growth of our team and investment in our practice by participating in team development activities.
Skills And Attributes For Success
* Experience in consulting, change experience, organizational development, or a related role.
* Knowledge of developing and implementing change experience strategies and plans that align with organizational goals.
* Familiarity with conducting change impact assessments to identify the impact of changes on employees and processes.
* Ability to develop personas, user journey maps, and other design artifacts to communicate user insights and design concepts.
* Demonstrated collaboration with project teams to integrate change experience activities into project plans.
* Knowledge of SuccessFactors change programs is desirable but not essential.
* Desirable but not essential: Australian citizenship with a baseline or above security clearance or ability to receive a clearance from the Australian Government Vetting Agency.
