About the Role:
We are seeking an innovative and dynamic leader with exceptional community engagement, project and stakeholder management skills, who can effectively manage multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment.
* Engage with community organisations to support governance & facility management
* Provide strong leadership & foster a positive team culture
* Identify opportunities to renew or develop new facilities to meet changing community needs.
* Build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
* Participate in system, policy and process improvement initiatives
* Contribute to the development of master plans, concept plans & detailed designs for infrastructure
* Contribute towards the development and review of operational plans and business strategies
About You:
We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering quality customer service, possessing highly developed people and relationship skills with the ability to motivate at all levels of the organisation. You will also possess:
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Experience in developing and implementing complex community engagement strategies with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Strong stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to forge and maintain collaborative partnerships
* A tertiary qualification in the social sciences, business, or other relevant field
