You choose! 1 Shift 3-4 Days 1-4 weeks 1-6 months Permanent options too! Metro Shifts start from $42.00 per hour. Regional Shifts start from $44.00 per hour Travel/Accommodation included (in regional workplaces) You must be able to: Work alone when needed, Work in fast paced kitchens; Be reliable and trustworthy Have a great personality and work ethic. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu and standards set by the Head Chef. Assist in the management of kitchen operations, including food safety and hygiene practices. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to recipes and presentation standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings. Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred.
