Zenith Hotels is looking for a Group Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team and help bring our brands to life across social media, content, campaigns, websites, EDMs and more.
Working across a diverse portfolio of venues spanning Shoal Bay, Newcastle and Western Sydney, this is a great opportunity for a creative and driven marketer looking to grow their career in hospitality marketing.
About the role
This is a hands on role where no two days look exactly the same. One day you might be writing captions for a beachside venue, the next you're editing reels, updating websites, building EDMs or jumping on the latest social trend before it's old news.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, create content that gets seen, and play a real part in shaping how our venues show up online.
You'll be responsible for:
* Managing and posting content across social media platforms, including writing engaging, on brand captions and copy
* Creating promotional artwork and video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
* Updating websites, apps and EDMs
* Monitoring social trends and competitor activity
* Supporting campaigns, events and customer experiences across the group
* Assisting with marketing admin and budget updates
About you
You're creative, organised and genuinely excited by the idea of working across hospitality brands with lots of personality.
You probably spend more time than you'd like to admit on Instagram and TikTok, but you also understand that good marketing is more than just posting pretty content. You know how to tell a story, follow a brief, hit a deadline and bring a brand's tone of voice to life.
We'd love to meet you if you:
* Have 1 to 3 years' experience in marketing, social media or content creation
* Are well organised, process driven and able to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
* Have experience using platforms and tools including Meta Business Suite, WordPress and Canva
* Have a good understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
* Can create engaging content across copy, reels and promotional videos
* Have strong storytelling and communication skills across written, verbal and visual mediums

This role will involve travel between our venues in Port Stephens, Newcastle and Sydney, so you'll need a car and a valid driver's licence.
