About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Carer.
As a Personal Carer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents in their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.
You will promote independence and well-being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life.
Working collaboratively with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams, you will ensure the best experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support residents in their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.
* Promote independence and well-being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life.
* Work as part of a team, collaborating with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams.
* Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety.
* Provide emotional support and create a warm, nurturing environment.
* Accurately document care activities and follow best practices.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability).
* An NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Experience in a similar role in aged care.
