Position Summary
CBRE is seeking an experienced Property Manager for our Cairns team to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial assets. The role involves managing day‐to‐day operations, building stakeholder relationships, and delivering exceptional outcomes for owners, tenants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day‐to‐day operations of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and asset performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants and contractors.
* Handle lease compliance, renewals, rent reviews and associated legal documentation.
* Prepare and deliver monthly reports to property owners, supported by accurate financial analysis and portfolio insights.
* Oversee property‐related financial transactions, including payment approvals and arrears management.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in commercial or industrial property management.
* A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills with a customer‐focused mindset.
* High attention to detail and a professional, approachable style.
* A current QLD Real Estate Certificate.
* Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
