In this role, you will: Devise & implement strategic rent roll growth with the BDM Lead and support a team of 3 Property Managers, 1 BDM and a Leasing Consultant Oversee daily operations and uphold compliance and minimum standards Implement strategies to improve systems, team performance, and client satisfaction Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for your team Report to senior leadership and contribute to broader business objectives Champion a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and accountability About You: You are a polished professional with a demonstrated track record in growing portfolios—whether through business development or strategic property management. You enjoy mentoring others, leading with clarity, and driving operational excellence.
