Overview 
Brighta is seeking an experienced In office Strategic Account Manager to be embedded within our clients’ operations. This client has three entities and a solid appetite for marketing excellence, and you’ll be the critical link between them and our agency. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, owning the delivery of their Marketing Roadmap and activation plan. This is more than account management — it’s about being a true marketing partner, strategist, and project driver. 
What You’ll Be Doing 
- Become the trusted on-site representative of Brighta within the client’s organisation. 
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align on campaign objectives. 
- Build strong relationships to fully understand the client’s brand, tone, and growth strategy. 
Project Management 
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. 
- Translate campaign needs into clear, actionable briefs for Brighta’s team. 
- Manage workflows and timelines using ClickUp with precision and accountability. 
Content Coordination 
- Extract campaign ideas and content from the client and turn them into social, blog, and digital deliverables. 
- Liaise with internal specialists to bring content to life that is on-brand and high-performing. 
Reporting & Insights 
- Present monthly performance reports that include campaign results, key learnings, and optimisations. 
- Use data to recommend enhancements to improve effectiveness and ROI. 
Quality & Growth 
- Review work before delivery to maintain Brighta’s high-quality standards. 
- Identify opportunities to expand services, suggest new strategies, and support evolving business objectives. 
What You’ll Bring 
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing account or project management roles 
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, content strategy, and paid social 
- Strong content instincts — ability to extract ideas and turn them into briefs 
- Familiarity with project and creative collaboration tools (ClickUp, Slack, Figma, Filestage) 
- Confidence running weekly WIP meetings and steering performance conversations 
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a client-embedded role 
Tools You’ll Use 
- ClickUp, Office365/Google Suite – daily task and communication hub 
- Figma, Slack, Filestage – content review and creative collaboration
