About The Role
In this role, you will:
* Apply change management principles to support large‐scale government transformation initiatives
* Develop and deliver change and communications strategies aligned to program objectives
* Draft executive‐level communications and advise leaders on engaging their teams through change
* Design and deliver internal communications campaigns within APS environments
* Create supporting change artefacts, tools, and materials to enable adoption and engagement
* Work independently or as part of (or leading) small, multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes for diverse clients
What You Bring We Are Looking For Individuals With
* Two (2) or more years of experience supporting transformation programs in complex environments
* Proven capability drafting executive communications and advising senior leaders
* Experience running internal communications campaigns
* Strong knowledge of change management principles, processes, and behaviours
* Ability to see and articulate the bigger picture, supported by practical tools and artefacts
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and deliver communications aligned to program strategies
Mandatory
* Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance
Highly regarded
* Certifications in Change Management
* NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance preferred or ability to obtain
* Previous experience working directly within Australian Government departments/agencies
