Kicking off a 9‑month fixed‑term contract, the dynamic Executive Assistant / Office Manager will support the Chief Executive and Executive Leadership Team, keeping the Support Office running as the heartbeat of our aged‑care mission.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll provide high‑level executive and administrative support, anticipate needs, manage schedules and ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. You'll also oversee the rhythm of the Support Office, lead the office administrator, coordinate meetings, communications, board reporting and systems that keep the team connected and efficient.

* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager in a dynamic environment
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills
* Confidence with Microsoft 365 and modern digital tools
