Site Management Opportunities
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our team at Pacific Pet Resort. As the leading provider of pet care services across Australia, we set the benchmark for excellence, ensuring every pet receives the ultimate in care and enrichment during their stay.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing day-to-day site operations, including rostering, staff coordination, facility upkeep, and compliance. They will also be responsible for driving site performance, maintaining a clean, safe, and enriching environment for all pets in our care.
About the Role:
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver exceptional pet care and customer service.
* Manage day-to-day site operations, including rostering, staff coordination, facility upkeep, and compliance.
* Support or oversee customer bookings, enquiries, and service delivery.
* Drive site performance, including quality, safety, and efficiency.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and enriching environment for all pets in our care.
* Engage with customers and community through social media and local initiatives.
* Monitor and report on maintenance, inventory, and operational needs.
About You:
* You are passionate about animals and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* You have experience in leading teams – whether in pet care, retail, hospitality, or other service-based industries.
* You are hands-on, organised, and proactive, with the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
* You are a skilled communicator with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
* You are flexible and reliable, with availability across our operating hours (7 am–6 pm, Monday–Sunday) and during busy holiday periods.
