Brown & Son Plumbing is seeking a proactive and organisedPart-Time Administrative Assistantto support our operations team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Role Description
Based in Regency Park, SA, you will work closely with our General Manager, operations team, and field technicians to ensure smooth administrative flow across the business.
A typical day may include managing calls, assisting with job documentation, supporting the scheduling process, updating systems, and communicating with customers and suppliers.
This role directly contributes to the efficiency and professionalism of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, customer communication, and file management
Coordinating availability
Helping align jobs with technician capability
Updating SimPro (job management system) with accurate job notes and status updates
Answer incoming calls and help divert enquiries to the correct team member
Assist with lead intake and triage using our internal scripts
Upload forms, photos and documents into SimPro job files
Support invoicing, quoting administration, and follow-ups as required
Maintain digital organisation across SharePoint and SimPro
Assist the General Manager with ad-hoc administrative tasks and project work
Skills & Experience
Required:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and follow documented procedures
Competent with computers and cloud-based systems
Ability to manage competing priorities
Experience with scheduling, dispatching or calendar coordination
Exposure to job management systems (SimPro experience highly desirable)
Experience in the trade or service industry
Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools
