- We are looking for a Casual Medical Receptionist.
- Young energetic people with computer skills and who are eager to learn and switch careers to Medical Receptionist are welcome to apply
- Available for 2-3 days/week, 16-24 hours
- Casual position
- Working various shifts Monday - Friday from 7.30 am to 5.30 pm and Saturday 8 am to 12:00 pm (sharing roster)
- General Practice Experience desirable but not essential, training will be provided
- Best Practice software experience desirable but not essential. Training will be provided.
- Computer literate - sound knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, scanning, faxing, etc.
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Processing of patients account online
- Processing of the end of day transaction and banking
- Working alone for weekend shifts opening and closing after training
- Correspondence and reports for doctors and nursing staff
- Processing of batching for doctors’ payments
