We are seeking safety and quality-conscious Electrical Site Supervisor to join the team. In this role, you will be working regular overtime (currently 11-hour days Monday to Friday and 8-hour days Saturday).
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
* Lead a team to deliver safe, productive and quality electrical and instrumentation installations in industrial settings.
* Report project status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope and quality when required.
* Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with the project management methodology.
* Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities.
* Oversee PHE apprentices and ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:
* Experienced leading a team made up of leading hands, electricians, other trades, apprentices and non-trades people on industrial sites.
* Must be able to lead a team that maintains an excellent attitude to safety through leading by example.
* The ability to lead a highly productive team to meet project and company objectives.
* Possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
* Enjoy problem-solving.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams and Excel.
* Quality Management experience.
* Heavy Industrial Experience essential.
* Flexible and open to working away from home, as required by the company.
The successful candidate will have:
* Current QLD Electrical Licence
* High risk work licence with WP Class
* Working at Heights certificate within the past 2 years
* LVR/CPR certificate within the past 12 months
* White Construction Card
* C Class Drivers Licence
* Hold or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
