Transportation Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and safe driver to assist our team in transporting members to and from various locations.
Responsibilities:
* Pick up and drop off members at designated premises and during outings.
* Assist the Transport Coordinator with daily errands such as station pickups, drops offs, and shopping.
* Ensure possession of a valid vehicle license at the required level.
Requirements:
* Valid vehicle license at the appropriate level.
* Knowledge of road transport regulations, including the Road Transport Act 2013 and NSW Government Passengers Transport Regulation 2017.
* Experience with wheelchair hoist operations and securing restraints.
* Ability to follow transport run sheets and communicate effectively with the Transport Coordinator.
* Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and adherence to group policies.
