Key Responsibilities
This position offers a vast array of interesting work opportunities amongst many different duties, including but not limited to the following:
* providing customer support and care to clients
* providing support to the Practice Manager
* Reviewing Contracts of Sale and providing legal advice
* Explaining anything your customers might be uncertain about
* Conducting searches
* Helping customers through every stage of the conveyancing process
* drafting letters and legal documents and contracts
* conducting legal research and preparing property settlements
* liaising with various stakeholders including: real estate agents and financial institutions
* Technical Support and Analytical Skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
Key Position Requirements
Successful applicants will demonstrate the following:
* Minimum 2 years' property law/conveyancing experience
* excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer focus and work ethic
* ability and experience to manage conveyancing files autonomously
* experience using conveyancing software and otherwise confident with new technology and applications
* professional presentation
* ability to multitask and manage several different tasks/jobs at once in an organised and coherent manner
* great attention to detail
* enthusiasm, confidence, energy and positivity
Whilst not essential, experience in Wills and Estates will also be highly regarded.
