Midwifery Leadership Position
This is a senior midwifery leadership role within a healthcare organization. The successful candidate will provide strategic, professional, and operational leadership across the Nursing and Midwifery division.
The position is based at Garden City Office Park, Eight Mile Plains, and involves providing expert strategic leadership and operational oversight to strengthen midwifery governance, capability, and professional practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive strategic priorities, workforce initiatives, and service excellence to achieve safe, high-quality care outcomes.
* Lead system-wide initiatives in education, workforce planning, research, and service improvement.
* Provide contemporary professional and clinical midwifery leadership.

Requirements:
* Current registration with NMBA as a Midwife and tertiary midwifery qualifications.
* Advanced knowledge of midwifery practice, standards, and governance frameworks.
* Proven leadership experience in strategy development, workforce planning, and operational delivery.
