Oversee all company processes and ensure structured daily operations. Manage and coordinate all departments, encompassing both field operations and office personnel. Formulate and execute strategies to meet the company's goals and objectives. This role is a flexible full-time, five-day, 38-hour week.

Qualifications
* Customer service experience is required.
* Administration experience is well regarded.
* Simpro (Well regarded but not essential)
* Experience with leading people
* Proficiency in Computer general Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Use of software to assist in operation management and reporting
* Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face-to-face.

The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication styles depending upon the audience.
