Based in Canning Vale, you will be provided with support and product training so you can succeed in the role
RESPONSIBILITIESProviding outstanding customer service via phone and emailTaking sales orders and accurately entering customer ordersRegular communication and interaction with other Stratco team members including store managersLiaising with manufacturing, retail and dispatch teams on product assembly and deliveryParticipate in regular product and sales trainingABOUT YOUPrevious experience in customer service or internal salesStrong customer focus with a sense of urgency to achieve resultsHighly developed interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in a busy call centre would be very favourably looked uponFlexibility to work alternate weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) which will include weekend loadings/penalty ratesABOUT STRATCOStratco is an Australian-owned innovator, manufacturer and marketer of quality building and renovation solutions.
