Administrative Services Officer
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Services Officer to provide a range of administrative services. Key responsibilities include supporting strategic initiatives, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with compliance and customer engagement.
* Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents.
* Coordinate and arrange meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers and teams.
* Develop and implement effective administrative processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
The successful applicant will possess excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a tertiary level qualification in business or equivalent experience.
