About the Position: An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a skilled Estate Litigation Lawyer to join our client’s high-performing disputes division. This role will see you working across a diverse and challenging mix of estate matters including family provision claims, will contests, trust disputes, and contested probate issues. You’ll have the chance to run your own files while being backed by experienced litigators and a collegiate support team. The role involves regular court appearances and the opportunity to collaborate with other practice groups, including the Wills & Estates and Commercial teams, giving you wide exposure and professional development.
