Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive project support services to the project teams to ensure efficient and effective project control and management.
* Offer professional, confidential, and timely administrative support.
* Provide office support, including office supplies procurement, financial administration, diary management, travel arrangements, and event management.
* Assist with the tendering process and the preparation of marketing collateral.
* Ensure delegated tasks are completed within the allocated time and budget.
* Ensure routine office functions, including quality assurance, monthly management reporting, and health and safety requirements, are achieved.


Qualifications:

* 1+ years' experience in an office administration role.
* Experience in management support.
* Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher).
* Advanced diary management, planning, and coordination skills.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
