About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Supply Chain Analyst
to support the optimization and continuous improvement of our supply chain operations in Australia. This role will focus on data analysis, demand planning, inventory management, and performance reporting to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze supply chain data related to demand forecasting, inventory levels, logistics, and supplier performance
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor supply chain performance
* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement across the supply chain
* Support demand planning and inventory optimization initiatives
* Collaborate with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams
* Evaluate supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Assist in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity across supply chain systems
* Support scenario analysis and forecasting to inform business decisions
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Analytics, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, operations, or planning
* Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and data analysis tools
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
* Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
* Experience with demand forecasting and inventory optimization models
* Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
* Knowledge of Australian supply chain and logistics practices
* Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or distribution environments
