About the Role
We're a well-established tattoo studio in Brisbane and we're looking for someone practical, organised, and people-focused to take charge of daily operations.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be on the floor, supporting the team, managing bookings, solving problems as they come up, and keeping the studio running smoothly.
If you've managed a retail, hospitality, or service-based team before and like fast-paced environments, you'll feel right at home.
What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee daily studio operations and workflow
* Manage bookings, enquiries, and client follow-ups
* Support and coordinate artists and front-of-house staff
* Handle rosters, basic admin, and day-to-day problem-solving
* Maintain high standards of customer experience and professionalism
What We're Looking For
* Experience in retail, hospitality, studios, or service-based environments
* Confident communicator who's calm under pressure
* Organised, reliable, and comfortable making decisions
* Leadership experience (formal title not essential)
