This includes managing the Private Cask Program, representing the company at trade events, tastings, and key markets, as well as contributing to operations across various locations.

* Represent the organization at trade events, tastings, and key markets to foster relationships and drive sales growth
* Contribute to operational excellence at multiple sites, including the Cellar Door and Salamanca Market
* Travel extensively throughout Australia as required
Essential Qualifications:
* Background in hospitality or a related field with a proven track record
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships
* Confidence in interacting with trade customers and conducting tastings to promote products
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
