Job Title
A quality assurance specialist is required to lead the improvement of customer experience through end-to-end testing and process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, design, and execute comprehensive system tests.
* Prepare and deliver quality reports and metrics to senior stakeholders.
* Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality execution.
* Identify quality process issues and recommend effective solutions.
* Investigate product quality issues and propose improvements.
* Champion continuous improvement and customer satisfaction through data-driven testing.
* Track key KPIs and maintain oversight of quality initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5-10 years of experience in QA with a strong background in automated testing across web, mobile, and back-end platforms.
* 3-5 years working in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Strong knowledge of testing RESTful APIs using frameworks like Karate.
* Experience with UI automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Protractor, and/or Appium.
* Familiarity with BDD tools such as Cucumber.
* Proficient in Java and scripting languages like JavaScript.
* Skilled with Git and the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, Zephyr).
* Strong exploratory and manual testing skills.
* Solid understanding of non-functional testing (performance, accessibility).
* Passion for continuous improvement and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Benefits:
