Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Operations Leader to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a full-time leadership role that involves leading and managing our operations in the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies, working directly with customers to drive project deliverables and identifying new projects. You will also manage customer relationships to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
You will take a key role in reviewing, implementing and improving asset management systems and processes, and develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships within the asset management community.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in technical asset management, with a strong background in ISO55000, RCM, RCA and Planned Maintenance Optimisation. They will also have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as demonstrated customer relationship management and business development experience.
Requirements:
* Suitably qualified with 15+ years' experience in technical asset management
* 5+ years in operations in maintenance engineering, reliability or related discipline
* Extensive understanding and experience in ISO55000, RCM, RCA and Planned Maintenance Optimisation
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Demonstrated customer relationship management and business development experience
* Experience and energy in sales and/or proposal development
* Experience and understanding of delivering effective client solutions as well as the ability to manage multiple projects
