Fleet Account Manager - - - - - - - - - - - - What You’ll Do You’ll be the key link between Michelin and our service provider network, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across your territory. Key responsibilities: Implement local service delivery strategy & ensure network coverage. Onboard / manage service providers, contracts & technical capabilities. Maintain network quality & sustainability standards; audit compliance. Oversee contracts, payments & service timelines. Monitor provider performance & implement corrective actions. Assess operational, financial & environmental performance. Train providers on Michelin standards / offers. Analyze technical reports & manage compensation claims. Expand network by prospecting new installation locations. What We’re Looking For Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Service orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Teamwork and collaboration skills to build strong partnerships. Ability to work autonomously while being part of a team. Analytical skills to interpret data, write reports, and make recommendations. Ideally, experience in B2B, client services, and/or sales environments. Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to travel 6–8 days per month (you plan your own schedule). Authorized to work in Australia (New Zealand applicants also considered).
