About the Role
* Deliver warm, welcoming service during dinner and drinks service at Havilah
* Support the smooth running of FOH operations, including setup, hosting, and end-of-night duties
* Build genuine rapport with regular guests and the local community
* Work occasional private dining or event shifts, assisting the events lead as needed
* Be proud of your presentation and role in shaping the Havilah guest experience
* Work confidently both independently and within a tight-knit team
* Assist with menu updates (Canva), cleanliness, and maintaining a high standard of venue presentation
* Help with tastings, photoshoots, and general duties as required
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ FOH experience in a wine bar, bistro, or similar hospitality venue
* Strong wine knowledge and/or interest in learning more
* Confidence with cocktail service and bar support
* A genuine love of food and local sourcing
* A welcoming personality and natural hosting presence
* Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a small, high-functioning team
* Excellent communication and initiative — someone who actively seeks feedback and growth
* Detail-oriented with a sense of pride and professionalism
* Experience with event service is a bonus, but not essential
