Key Financial Advisor Role
About this key role:
This is a true business partnering position with a strong focus on projects.
You will provide financial advice and project accounting services to senior project leaders and grant holders.
Your work will directly support decision making around cost management, grant compliance, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Partner with project leaders to provide financial advice and support
* Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and reporting
* Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and funding requirements
* Prepare business cases to guide strategy and prioritisation
* Build trusted relationships as the go-to financial advisor for your portfolio
This position offers a hybrid working model with 2 days in office and 3 days working from home.

Requirements
We are seeking a proactive and confident accounting professional who thrives in an advisory and project-based environment.
You will bring:
* Degree qualifications in Accounting, Business, or Commerce (CPA or CA qualified or working towards)
* Strong financial accounting, analysis, and reporting skills
* Proven experience in project accounting and business partnering
* The ability to work independently and take ownership of your portfolio
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience advising in complex, compliance-driven environments
