**About the role**
As a Restaurant Supervisor at The Square (hosted by Golf Square) you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our busy on-site restaurant. This full-time position is based in Sunshine North, VIC 3020, and you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day activities.
**What you'll be doing**
- Supervising and coordinating the front-of-house team, including waitstaff, hostesses, and bussers
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for all guests
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and monitoring food and beverage costs
- Addressing customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise
- Implementing and enforcing company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Providing training and development opportunities for the restaurant team
- Assisting the General Manager with administrative tasks and reporting
**What we're looking for**
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure setting
- Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
