**Department Overview**: As a Radio Technician you are required to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction by daily supervision and coordination of workshop activities within the service center. You will also be responsible for motivating staff and improving technician/installer productivity and yields.

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordination and assignment of work among the service technical/installation staff
- Review equipment resources, recommending action where required to maintain service operations
- Control of customer equipment, service equipment and inventory within the service center
- Direct the modification repair and installation of complex systems parts and accessories
- Establish communications with engineering
- Analyze technical problems using test equipment to diagnose and repair customer equipment
- Develop radio profile/code plugs and provide customer support
- Perform a variety of tasks to modify, repair, install and ship equipment as necessary
- Provide interstate assistance where needed and as per capabilities
**Basic Requirements**:

- Radio Technicians electrical related certificate
- Experience with commercial two-way radio environment, desired but not necessary
