**About the role**
Your role will involve being the face of the organisation at their corporate headquarters, as well as managing a range of inquiries from stakeholders associated with other business ventures. You will work within a small sized team and be responsible for the Front of House operations and providing an exceptional customer experience. This includes meeting & greeting guests, general administration, reservation management and building management. This role has become available due to the incumbent being promoted internally, so the organisation is open to providing pathways for growth.
**Skills & Experience**
Ideally you have prior experience in a customer facing role where you have been responsible for the guest experience and ensuring the highest levels of customer service have been maintained. We welcome applicants from either Reception/Admin roles in Property, Real Estate or Construction or a hospitality background who have worked as a Concierge, Guest Relations, Host/Hostess or Front Office Supervisor.
