About You
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic Marketing team, operating across various states in Australia. This role will be part of a larger team responsible for growing awareness, inquiries, and funds to support Karingal's programs and opportunities for our clients.
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in developing and executing strategic campaigns, content creation, and messaging to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and nurturing existing client and partner relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Design email templates, craft compelling copy, and optimize for open and click-through rates
* Segment email lists to ensure personalized and targeted campaigns
* Track and analyze campaign performance, recommending improvements
* Digital communications and marketing
* Campaign development, content creation for digital and social media, advertising, print production, and promotional activities
* Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
* Create engaging, on-brand content including graphics, videos, and written posts
* Writing, proofreading, and researching, crafting content tailored to diverse audiences in a clear and engaging manner
* Manage website analytics tools, including Google Analytics
* Conduct website audits and implement updates for optimization and accessibility requirements
* Support the wider communications, events, and fundraising teams with content and campaigns as required
Requirements:
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
* Cert IV in disability, community services, employment services, or a related field
* Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate of completion or willingness to obtain
* A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or relevant work experience equated to tertiary qualifications
* 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation
* Experience with dynamic content and audience segmentation
* Experience in email marketing campaigns targeting diverse audiences
* Photography and Videography skills
