An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join the team on a perm basis to create and maintain a fun front of house
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Answering all incoming phone calls and welcoming guests in a professional manner
- Providing front of house service
- Managing internal calendars for the use of office facilities
- Managing all incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers
- Organising bookings and reservations for staff
- Maintaining the Reception and Meeting areas, ensuring these spaces are kept to a presentable standard
- Ad hoc administrative support
- Company internal and external events
**ABOUT YOU**
- At least 2 years experience within a Receptionist/ Admin position is essential
- Well presented and polished
- Confident in building rapport with clients and customers
- Confidence in answering high volume of calls
- Good understanding of Microsoft suites including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work tasks
- Switched on and have the ability to think on your feet
