With new project wins across NSW, they're now seeking a Major Project Manager to take the reins on large commercial builds in Sydney.
The Role
You'll lead major HVAC projects (typically $10M+) from inception to delivery, managing all facets including:
* Coordination with builders, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Oversight of site teams and direct labour (if applicable)
* Driving performance on safety, program, and cost
* Working closely with engineering and leadership to deliver to the highest standard

What You'll Bring
* Proven experience managing HVAC projects over $10M in Australia, NZ or the UK
* Excellent understanding of complex project management and experience managing large commercial bu
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Vastly experienced in managing timelines, budgets, and safety with precision
* You have a background in mechanical engineering OR a you took a trade-based path into project management
* Experience with direct labour crews is highly regarded
