About the Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our Sydney office. This is a pivotal role where you will ensure every client, visitor and team member feels supported from the moment they arrive. Primary Responsibilities
* Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
* Coordinate and maintain meeting rooms and bookings
* Support the Office Manager with ad hoc administrative tasks
* Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and seamless experience (including serving refreshments)
* Keep reception and shared spaces well presented and organised
Required Experience
* Previous experience as a receptionist, ideally within legal or professional services (1–2 years desirable)
* Confident Microsoft Office skills and accurate typing ability
* Exceptional corporate presentation and a friendly, mature and professional demeanour
* Initiative, self‐motivation and a proactive attitude
