The Opportunity
We're seeking a Site Administrator to support our Electrical Projects team across Pilbara sites.
Working a 4/3 Monday to Thursday, 5/2 Monday to Friday FIFO roster (ex-Perth), you'll enjoy camp accommodation, meals provided, and the stability of ongoing project work in a safety focused environment.
This role will suit Site Administrator with experience, particularly in General Administrative duties. Working on an 4/3, 5/2 FIFO roster ex-Perth, you'll enjoy camp accommodation, meals provided, and the stability of ongoing project work in a safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Admin & records: maintain site registers, inductions, licences, training and document control.
* Time & payroll support: enter employee hours/timesheets; reconcile for payroll.
* Mobilisation logistics: flights, accommodation, room lists, site access/passes and PPE coordination.
* Front of site support: answer calls, greet visitors, manage sign-ins/inductions.
* HSE & compliance: assist with incident reports, permits, toolbox minutes and audits.
* Purchasing support: raise POs, receipt deliveries and assist with invoices as required.
* Occasional airport runs and general site admin tasks to support the Electrical team.
* General admin: scan and print documents.
* Uploading work orders: scan, upload and enter work order information into SharePoint.
* Assisting the site team with daily, weekly & monthly reporting.

What You'll Need
* Previous experience in a site admin/administration role.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
* Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
* Current C Class Driver's Licence
* White Card
* National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain).
* Ability to pass a pre employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening.
