Currently, we are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our rapidly growing Administration team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Administration Officer, you will provide effective administrative support to the corporate Kalgoorlie town office and other sites. This position interacts closely with the admin team, all functional departments and external contractors, suppliers and visitors.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Manage mobilisation including accommodation arrangements and flight bookings for employees.
* Assist in managing company dormitories cleaning, maintenance, reconciliation, and payment-related matters.
* Assist in managing the company canteen by supervising and inspecting daily operations and handling reconciliation and payment tasks.
* Assist with meeting arrangements, including creating PowerPoint presentations and drafting meeting minutes.
* Provide administrative support for company events and assist in property management.
* Coordinate with service providers for smooth operations.
* Assist with budget management and invoicing.
* Develop and maintain official records, manuals, and policies.
ABOUT YOU
* Proven experience in a Receptionist/Admin Officer or similarly fast-paced role (essential)
* Certification in Business Administration or similar qualification (highly regarded)
* Previous accounts management experience in ordering, receipting and invoicing goods and services (highly regarded)
* Bilingual in English / Mandarin Chinese (desirable)
* Current unrestricted "C" Class Manual Western Australian Driver's License (desirable)
* High level of efficiency and organisation skills
* Proficient in Excel, Word and MS Suite
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written
