Marmalade Cafe is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Chef capable of running a busy cafe in a busy shopping center north of the River, Salary : AUD 75,000 - AUD 77,000 a year To be considered for the position you must possess the following
* Previous experience of at 2 years
* Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
* Have excellent interpersonal skills
* Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
* Have a professional temperament at all time
* Must work well with other staff members, be honest and respectful
Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities:
* Creativity and high presentation standards
* Planning and organise the preparation and cooking of all of our food to the highest standards
* Demonstrating your flair for cooking by suggesting new dishes for the menu.
* Planning daily special
* Estimating food and other costs and reporting to management and owners
* Ordering stock and stock control
* Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff
* Ensure kitchen meets all health and safety requiremets.
