We're seeking an experienced leader for the Senior Learning and Development role. This pivotal position will shape learning experiences, leadership pathways, and professional development initiatives across our diverse workforce.
Responsibilities:
* Lead learning and professional development strategies that build capability across the organisation.
* Partner with leaders to diagnose learning needs and design impactful programmes, frameworks, and pathways.
* Drive leadership capability through innovative learning initiatives, coaching, and development programmes.
* Oversee the annual learning catalogue and blended learning solutions.
* Ensure learning is inclusive and fit-for-purpose, meeting the needs of our employees, teams, and leaders.
* Collaborate with teams to align strategies in capability, culture, diversity, and inclusion.
* Deliver high-quality reporting and evaluation on learning effectiveness and return on investment.
* Lead and inspire a team to achieve outcomes and foster innovation.
About you:
* You are a strategic people-focused leader with a proven record in driving organisational capability.
* Demonstrated success in leading Learning & Organisational Development functions in complex service-focused organisations.
* Strong ability to design and deliver contemporary learner-centric programmes that lift performance and leadership impact.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills to engage senior leaders and partners.
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Adult Education, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Expertise in project management, programme evaluation, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
* A values-based leadership approach that empowers others, embraces change, and drives continuous improvement.
