You’ll operate more like a Chief of Staff / right-hand operator than a traditional EA, playing a key role in keeping the business running smoothly, aligned, and moving forward. About the role No two days will look the same, but you’ll be the person ensuring everything stays on track behind the scenes. Keeping the Director across key priorities, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks Acting as the go-to connector across leadership, offices, and external partners Supporting the rollout of business initiatives, new offices, and internal improvements Assisting with documentation, compliance processes, and working alongside legal advisors Building strong relationships across the network and stepping in to resolve issues when needed Supporting hiring, onboarding, and internal team coordination Bringing together events, training sessions, and key business initiatives Managing communication flow across the business and ensuring follow-through on actions Leveraging systems, CRM platforms, and AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows About You You’re not just organised, you’re commercially sharp, proactive, and solutions-focused. 3 to 5 years’ experience as an EA, Chief of Staff, or senior operations professional within real estate Current Real Estate Certificate (essential) Proven ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and priorities with confidence Strong business acumen, comfortable with contracts, compliance, and risk Exceptional communication skills, able to represent leadership with professionalism Tech-savvy and excited by AI-driven ways of working A proactive, go-getter mindset, always thinking ahead and taking action Calm under pressure, highly organised, and always one step ahead If you’re looking for a role where you can step up, be trusted, and make a real impact, this is it!
