Job Title: Account Director
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Asia market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage high-value accounts with strong commercial and negotiation skills.
2. Understand Asian markets, particularly Japan, Korea, Greater China, and Southeast Asia.
3. Have a minimum of 3 years' experience within a 5-star environment.
4. Establish relationships with industry partners.
5. Be proficient in CRM systems, CVENT, and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Be a self-starter who is highly driven and solutions-oriented.
7. Work well in large, diverse teams.
8. Have exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
9. Hold full unrestricted and ongoing Australian working rights.
10. Travel as required (domestic and international).
