A well-established print manufacturer is seeking an experienced Flexo Press Operator to join their dayshift team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on production role running high-speed flexographic presses in a fast-paced environment. You'll be expected to hit the ground running, experience and print quality are what count here. Key Responsibilities: Operating Bobst high-speed flexo presses to production targets and quality standards Conducting makereadies, colour register checks, and press adjustments Monitoring print quality throughout the run and making corrections as required Working closely with the broader production team to meet daily output schedules Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work area What we're looking for: Hands-on experience with high-speed flexographic presses Specific experience on Bobst presses highly regarded Trade qualification in printing and graphic arts preferred, but not essential if your experience speaks for itself Solid understanding of colour management, registration, and substrate handling Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a structured dayshift environment No trade qualification?
