About This Role
Our Transfer Pricing Tax Team delivers practical, commercial and tax-effective advice to a broad range of international clients. With our deep technical knowledge and practical experience, we understand the pitfalls and the safe pathways, and guide our clients to make the best tax decisions for their organisation. This opportunity will allow you to lead a well-established and supportive team of experts who are committed to the highest standards of technical expertise and will enable you to gain a wide range of specialist tax advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement transfer pricing planning structures
* Prepare transfer pricing advice including financial analysis, benchmarking and report writing
* Prepare transfer pricing documentation and assist in the review of International dealings schedule
* Controversy/dispute resolution with tax authorities
* Client relationship management, liaising with multinational clients across a broad range of industries in Australia and globally
Skills & Experience
We're looking for an experienced leader skilled in supporting and motivating their team through training and mentoring and fosters a culture of collaboration and inclusion. You'll enjoy thinking outside of the box to bring innovative solutions to clients. This role will suit someone with the following skills, experience and attributes:
* Previous accounting experience coupled with experience managing or supervising in a transfer pricing or related area within a professional services firm or large corporate environment
* Has relevant qualification
* Has comprehensive understanding of the Australian transfer pricing framework and recent BEPS developments
* Demonstrated ability to undertake research, functional and financial analysis
* Ability to develop and mentor staff
* Excellent client relationship, written and verbal skills
